View OneMob Activities in MS Dynamics
To view OneMob activities that are being tracked back to a specific contact or opportunity in MS Dynamics, follow the walkthrough below.
- Sign in to MS Dynamics
- Click the down arrow on the top right next to the words Dynamics 365 and select the Sales app
- From the Sales app click the down arrow next to the word Sales
- Decide whether you want to look at activities tracked back to your Contacts or Opportunities and click the appropriate icon
- Select the specific Contact or Opportunity you would like to see activities for
- Click the Activities tab under the Summary Section
- Any activities that were created from the email/link will be tracked back to this section for your Contact or Opportunity.
