If you're not getting audio in your recordings, try the steps below in order.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Confirm the OneMob app has access to your camera and microphone.
- Make sure your phone's volume is turned up.
- Test whether your phone can record audio at all, outside of OneMob.
Known issue on some iPhones: Certain iPhone models have had trouble recording sound, specifically when using the front-facing camera. To check if this affects your device, record a short video using your iPhone's native Camera app with the front-facing camera selected. If that recording also has no sound, the issue is with your device's camera/microphone setup rather than the OneMob app.
