CLICK HERE FOR A VIDEO TUTORIAL OF THE ENTIRE ADMIN CONTROL PANEL
The Administrator's Control Panel is where leadership teams perform a variety of functions within three main sections (Quick Tip: You only have access depending on what type of user you are):
The control panel can be accessed clicking on the crown icon on the lefthand side.
Metrics
The Metrics tab provides insight for performance of an entire group rather than an individual.
A detailed video can be found on Metrics titled "Metrics and Analytics" in the Video Training Center.
Admin
Leaders can perform maintenance tasks from the Admin tab.
Organization is where basic information about a company can be filled out including setting up default text at the bottom of microsites or links to the privacy policy.
On the Branding section, leaders are able to upload unique logos, watermarks, themes, and fonts for their company. A detailed video walk-through of OneMob's Branding can be found HERE
Users
From here, Admins can add/remove user's OneMob Licenses, assign admin/manager status, and organize users into teams.
Various users can be added to a team in the Users section. Users are able to be added one at a time or upload multiple at once from the button on the righthand side.
Similar to the Contacts page, leaders may also upload CSV to add a group of contacts into a new group all at once.
Users may be given Administrator access or assigned directly by clicking on the options next to the contact. Within teams, you may also click on a contact to give them the manager position for a team as well.
Content is the section with all content uploaded by users within the organization. If content that is inappropriate is sent by a user, admins can quickly delete the microsite to remove it entirely.
Within the Subscription tab, admins are able to upgrade to the Pro subscription if they wish.
Settings allows for microsite defaults, company wide tags, and custom merge fields to be set up. This also is where CRM can be set up for a company along with the SMTP Settings.
Approvals
All video content can be accessed through approvals. Admins are able to approve or decline the pending videos here. All videos may be found here regardless of their current status.
