OneMob supports SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing your organization's Identity Provider (IdP) to manage authentication for OneMob users.
Note: This feature is not available on the Forever Free Plan.
Step 1: Gather Your SAML Metadata
Request a file containing your SAML metadata and certificate from your Identity Provider. In most cases, the certificate is included within the metadata file itself.
Step 2: Configure Required SAML Assertion Attributes
Ask your SSO group admin to add the following three required attributes to the SAML Assertion. Without these, OneMob won't be able to find or create the corresponding user account:
Email_AddressFirst_NameLast_Name
Step 3: Create a SAML Application in Your Identity Provider
Set up a new SAML application within your Identity Provider using the following values:
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Identifier (Entity ID) | https://app.onemob.com |
| Reply URL (ACS – Assertion Consumer Service URL) | https://app.onemob.com/saml/callback |
Step 4: Send Your Metadata File to OneMob
Once the steps above are complete, email your metadata file to support@onemob.com so our team can complete the SAML/SSO setup on our end.
Step 5: Schedule a Setup Call
After we receive your file, we'll schedule a call with you to finish configuration and verify the setup is working correctly.
