With OneMob, you can provide your Gmail users with access to use OneMob. This will allow the OneMob users to send emails from inside OneMob, but they are sent through Gmail (i.e. the emails will show up in their sent mail). The benefits are:
- Emails come from your company email server and NOT OneMob
- Users get email tracking which they typically don’t have today
- Emails are saved in Gmail for archiving purposes
- Users can follow up on sent OneMob emails
- Users can set up email scheduling
- Users can run follow up email campaigns
- Email and OneMob engagement is logged back to Salesforce or MS Dynamics (when enabled)
This feature is a paid upgrade, so be sure to contact sales@onemob.com if you do not have access to it.
Follow the steps below to setup an SMTP relay so emails sent from OneMob by your users come from their respective corporate email address.
Settings in GSuite
- Create a new user in GSuite with email address onemob-bounced@yourcompany.com. This will be used as return-path for emails. Make sure to replace "yourcompany.com" with your company's actual domain
Follow these steps to create a new user in Gmail - Allow open relay from our IP: [34.214.115.223] (add this IP to the white list on your SMTP server)

- Go back to Advanced Settings for Gmail
- Make sure "Comprehensive mail storage" is checked in Advanced Settings for Gmail
- Forward all emails from onemob-bounced@yourcompany.com to bounced@onemob.com (so we can track bounced emails)

- 3- Checkbox Add more recipients under Also deliver to section
- Click Add
- Type in bounced@onemob.com
- Click "SAVE"
