With Preferences, you can set General or Email Notifications
There are 3 General global options that can be set for all future campaigns
- Require Email to View by Default - This switch on requires an email to know who has viewed the microsite. This will prompt any new viewer to provide an email address to view the microsite
- Email Notifications by Default - This turns on email notifications for each campaign
- Use Animated Thumbnail for Videos by Default - The shareable thumbnail image for the campaign can be animated like a .gif
There are several email notifications that can be sent
- Email Opened - Alert to the email being opened (sent via OneMob). WARNING: this trigger can be blocked by several email clients.
- Microsite Viewed - Alert when someone opens the microsite
- Video Watched - Alert when someone watches a video on the microsite
- Image Viewed - Alert when someone clicks on an image on the microsite
- Link Opened- Alert when someone click on a link on the microsite
- Document Viewed- Alert when someone views a document on the microsite (ie PDFs)
- Document Downloaded- Alert when someone downloads a document from the microsite
- Microsite Button Click- Alert when someone clicks on a custom button on the microsite
- Microsite Meeting Button Click - Alert when someone clicks a meeting button on the microsite
