How Do I Purchase Pro?
There are two ways to upgrade to Pro from Free.
Option 1:
- In the top-right corner of your dashboard, click Upgrade to Pro, then click Upgrade to PRO.
- Choose Add Card and Add Address, and select a payment period of Yearly or Monthly.
- Click Upgrade.
Option 2:
- Click the crown icon.
- Click Admin, then Subscription.
- Click Upgrade to PRO.
- Choose Add Card and Add Address, and select a payment period of Yearly or Monthly.
- Click Upgrade.
How Do I Cancel or Change My Subscription?
To cancel or change your subscription, contact us at billing@onemob.com, and a member of our team will assist you.
OR
- Click the crown icon.
- Click Admin, then Subscription.
- Click Contact Sales.
- Fill in the form and click Send.
How Do I Increase or Decrease Users on My Pro or Enterprise Subscription?
- Click the crown icon.
- Click Admin, then Members.
- Click + Invite.
Note: Any users you add will be charged to the payment method on file from your original Pro upgrade.
