How do I change my subscription? How do I purchase PRO?

You can change your subscription at any time easily from your OneMob desktop. If you want to decide if PRO or Enterprise is better than free for you, then click here to see the comparison between our different subscriptions. 

 

How do I purchase PRO? - There are 2 ways to upgrade to PRO from Free.

  1. In the top right corner of your desktop, you can click mceclip0.png, then click mceclip1.png
    • Then choose mceclip2.png, mceclip3.png, and choose Payment period of Yearly or Monthly
    • Then click mceclip4.png
  2. Or you can click mceclip5.png
    • Then click mceclip6.png and mceclip7.png
    • Then click mceclip1.png
    • Then choose mceclip2.png, mceclip3.png, and choose Payment period of Yearly or Monthly
    • Then click mceclip4.png 

 

How do I cancel or suspend my PRO account?

  1. click mceclip5.png
    • Then click mceclip6.png and mceclip7.png
    • Then click to change to free
 
How to increase or decrease your users in PRO or Enterprise subscription?
  1. click mceclip5.png
    • Then click mceclip6.png and mceclip10.png
    • Then click mceclip11.png
    • The number of users that you add will be charged to the payment method used when the account was upgraded to PRO.

 

How do I upgrade to Enterprise?

    • Then click mceclip6.png and mceclip7.png
    • Click Contact Sales at the bottom mceclip8.png
    • Then fill in the form and click mceclip9.png.
