Why This Happens
OneMob sends you email notifications for your emails and links whenever they accumulate activity. An "activity" is any action taken by someone who viewed your email or link — for example, clicking a video, visiting your page, or clicking a link you included. Activities are explained in more detail in this article, which also includes a quick way to view activities on specific pieces of content.
Whether you receive a notification after an activity occurs depends on your account-level notification preferences or the notification setting selected for that specific email or link. For a full walkthrough of your account-level email notification preferences, see this article.
Stop Notifications for an Email or Link You've Already Sent
- Go to the Email or Link tab.
- Hover over the email or link you want to manage, and click into it.
- In the top-right corner, click Settings.
- In the pop-out panel, uncheck Email Notifications to stop them (or check it to turn them back on).
- Click Apply. You'll see a green confirmation message at the top of the window once the change has been saved.
Prevent Notifications Before Sending
To avoid receiving activity notifications in the first place, adjust your notification settings for an email or link before sending it out. See this article for instructions, and look for the section that matches your situation.
