Here's a short video about metrics and analytics in OneMob.
OneMob tracks engagement across your microsites, giving you visibility into how recipients interact with your content. Analytics help you understand content performance, identify engaged leads, and measure the effectiveness of your outreach.
You can access analytics from several locations within OneMob:
- Dashboard – View performance across all of your microsites.
- Microsite Details – View analytics for a specific microsite.
- Control Panel (Managers and Admins only) – View analytics across your entire team.
This article focuses on the Dashboard, which is divided into four sections: Leads, Performance, Content, and Replies.
Leads
The Leads tab displays everyone who has interacted with your microsites. When OneMob cannot identify a visitor, they will appear as Anonymous.
Use the filters at the top of the page to find specific leads by:
- Date Range
- Funnel Stage
- Source
- Microsite
You can also enable the Identified toggle to display only known contacts.
Funnel Stage Filter
The Funnel Stage filter helps you focus on contacts based on their level of engagement.
Reached Stage includes contacts who have reached a selected stage or beyond:
- Sent
- Opened
- Visited
- Engaged
- Converted
Exact Stage includes contacts who are currently at a specific stage:
- Sent only
- Opened only
- Visited only
- Engaged only
Use these filters to identify highly engaged leads or contacts who may need additional follow-up.
Performance
The Performance tab provides an overview of engagement for the selected date range.
Use the Date Range filter to analyze activity during a specific time period.
Engagement Funnel
The Engagement Funnel shows how contacts move through each stage of engagement:
- Emails Sent
- Emails Opened
- Visited
- Engaged
- Converted
As contacts interact with your microsite, they progress through the funnel. The goal is to move contacts toward deeper engagement and conversion.
Note: A contact is considered a Visitor when they open the microsite but do not interact with any content. Once they click on content, they move into the Engaged stage.
The Converted stage is only displayed when a microsite includes a goal and the recipient completes that action, such as:
- Booking a meeting
- Visiting a designated website
- Completing an online signature process
Engagement Metrics
Additional engagement statistics are displayed below the funnel and timeline, providing a detailed breakdown of microsite performance.
Content
The Content tab shows how individual content assets are performing across your microsites. Use filters to analyze content engagement and identify which assets are generating the most interactions.
Metrics may include:
- Views
- Clicks
- Engagement activity
- Content performance trends
Replies
The Replies tab displays responses received from recipients interacting with your microsites.
Use this section to review engagement, track conversations, and identify opportunities for follow-up with interested contacts.
