OneMob is capable of tracking every visitor and click that takes place on your Microsites. We also sort the leads based on how engaged they are; giving users better insights into lead-generation and qualification.
- There are several locations that metrics and analytics can be found.
Dashboard shows a broad overview of all your metrics & analytics. If you want specific analytics for one microsite, you can open a microsite's details by clicking the desired microsite from the
Microsites tab.
- If you are a Team Manager or Admin, you may also view metrics for your entire team in the
Control panel.
For this article, we will focus on how to navigate the Dashboard. This tab is split into four main sections including performance, visitors, content, and replies.
Performance
• Performance shows a microsite's success across a specific date range you can choose by clicking on the Date range dropdown.
• The left shows an Engagement Funnel, including everything that occurred over the time period you chose. This helps show how successful your microsites are with others. The goal is to have more people towards the bottom of the funnel. When engagement occurs, the person will move down to other sections. (Quick Tip: Visitor means that someone opened the microsite but did not click on anything. They will be moved to engaged once at least one piece of content has been clicked.)
• Converted will only show if the sender set a specific goal for the microsite that the receiver clicked on. (Examples of goals include: booking a meeting through a meeting button, informing audience with an additional website, or closing deals through online signature links)
• The right shows more specifics with the timeline of the activity. Everything within the time frame will be broken down to show weekly activity.
• General engagement statistics are listed on the bottom.
Visitors
• Every visitor of your microsite will be listed in this section. They can be sorted based on their location in your engagement funnel. Whenever OneMob is unable to obtain specific contact details, the contact will be listed as Anonymous.
• You are able to sort out any contacts that are unidentified by using the Identified toggle towards the top right of the section.
• By sorting contacts, you are able to determine how to create more engagement. You can filter contacts to include who has been converted to contact first before moving to others higher in the funnel.
Content
• All content used within your microsites can be viewed in the Content section. Their individual statistics such as views and watch time is accessible. A link to the content is also accessible from here.
Replies
• If you receive any replies on your microsites, they will be accessible in the Replies section. This will include both written or video feedback. (Quick Tip: The contact who sent the feedback will be viewable here and will also show the microsite sent)
• Replies must be turned on in the microsite's settings in order to receive replies.
