 Admin | User Activities Report

The Users tab in Metrics gives admins a quick view of individual user performance within a selected date range. It tracks user engagement, microsite activity, content creation, campaign performance, and connection status so admins can monitor adoption and identify top-performing users.

To export a User Activities Report:

  1. Click the crown icon on the left side of your dashboard to open the Admin Control Panel.
  2. Click Metrics.
  3. Click Users.

  4. Click Export in the top-right corner.

  5. Customize your report.
    • Under Status, select the user license status.
    • Under Team, select the appropriate team.
    • Under Date Range, select the desired reporting period.
  6. Click Export.
  7. Check your email for the download link to the CSV/XLSX report.

After downloading the report, each column includes the following data:

  • Name = The name of the OneMob user.
  • Email = The email address associated with the user account.
  • Group = The organization or account group assigned to the user.
  • Teams = The team(s) assigned to the user within OneMob.
  • Created Date = The date the user account was created.
  • Contract = The contract or subscription assigned to the user.
  • Last Accessed Date = The last date the user accessed OneMob.
  • Last Activity = The last recorded activity by the user.
  • Contract Expiration = The expiration date of the assigned contract.
  • Total Usage = Total number of tracked activities performed by the user.
  • Microsites = Total number of microsites created by the user.
  • Microsite Activities = Total engagement activities generated across all microsites.
  • Average Activities per Microsite = Average engagement activities generated per microsite.
  • Visitors = Total unique visitors across microsites and campaigns.
  • Converted = Total number of visitor conversions.
  • Campaigns Sent = Total number of campaigns sent by the user.
  • Campaign Recipients = Total number of recipients targeted across campaigns.
  • Campaign Activities = Total engagement activities across all campaigns.
  • Average Activities per Campaign = Average engagement activities generated per campaign.
  • Email Opens = Total number of email opens across each microsite/campaign.
  • Microsite Views = Total number of microsite views.
  • Clicks = Total number of tracked clicks.
  • Meeting Button Clicks = Total number of meeting button clicks.
  • Forwards = Total number of forwarded Microsites.
  • Responses = Total number of campaign replies or responses.
  • Watches = Total number of video watches.
  • Total Watch Time = Combined watch time for all video views.
  • Average Watch Time = Average watch duration per video watch.
  • CRM Connected = Indicates whether the user has an active CRM integration connected.
  • Email Provider Connected = Indicates whether the user has an email provider connected.
  • Videos Created = Total number of videos uploaded or created.
  • Documents Created = Total number of documents uploaded.
  • Images Created = Total number of images uploaded.
  • Hyperlinks Created = Total number of hyperlinks or URLs created.

Some features and reporting fields may not be available depending on your OneMob plan or enabled integrations.
