OneMob's Contacts feature lets you store, sort, and group your contacts so you're ready to launch mass email campaigns at any time — available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
How to Add Contacts
1. Click on to access your OneMob Contacts tab.
2. You can sort using the drop-down at the top.
3. Click on to choose between adding one contact or uploading a list of contacts through CSV.
4. There is a provided CSV template that can be downloaded by clicking the underlined text on the Upload CSV tab.
Note: Any CSV file with incorrectly formatted columns will be rejected.
5. Contacts can be added to an existing group or a new group by selecting Add to group. Type in the text of an existing group to add it there or type in a new group name to create a new group.
Groups Tab
1. The Groups tab at the top of the page allows you to access all of your groups. (Quick Tip: These can be sorted with the dropdowns like the normal contacts)
2. If you would like to edit a group, open it by clicking on the group name.
3. From the accessed Group Details tab, you can remove or add contacts.
4. By clicking on More, you can rename a group, export contact information, or upload CSV to the group.
