- If multiple people from the same organization are using OneMob, you can collaborate.
- Almost all types of content can be shared. This includes videos, microsites, scripts, and even templates.
Sharing Content
1. Find the content in your Library that you want to share and open its options.
2. Click on Select Access.
3. You can click the dropdown to give someone editing permission or remove their access. (Quick Tip: The default is viewer permission. If you would like to change that, you must select editor.)
4. You can enter the email address of a specific user or the name of a team from your organization to share with all of them at once.
- You may also share with your entire organization by toggling the Whole organization slider on. (Quick Tip: The slider will be blue when it is on)
5. The Details tab shows everyone who currently has access to an item.
6. You may send an email notification to let others know they gained access through Notify users.
Accessing Shared Content
1. Inside of the Library tab, there is an Ownership filter. Click on its drop down. (Quick Tip: By default, it is set to Just me so only content you create will be there unless changed)
2. Change the filter to Others or Everyone to view content that has been shared by your team.
Creating a Copy of Shared Content
1. Open the options tab on the item shared with you that you wish to copy for your own library.
2. Select Clone.
3. A Clone Item menu will show up allowing you to name your new item. (Quick Tip: The item will be named the same as before but with clone at the end by default)
