The Content Library can be accessed by clicking the Library icon in OneMob's dashboard.
The library is split into four sections: Content, Templates, Scripts, and Recycle Bin.
Content
The Content tab shows all content you've created or uploaded into OneMob.
- Search: Look up content by name.
- Sort: Order your content by criteria such as last updated date or creation date.
- Filter: Narrow results by content type — videos, documents, images, or websites.
- Tags: Sort items by tags you've added to them. (Quick Tip: An item can be assigned multiple tags.
Sharing content: Content can be shared with other users in your organization. To view shared content, change the ownership dropdown from Just Me to Others or Everyone.
Templates
The Templates tab is where you manage microsite templates and email templates (for campaigns) for yourself or your team.
Scripts
The Scripts tab keeps track of the scripts you create for video recording, allowing you to edit them whenever you'd like.
Recycle Bin
Anything you delete is stored in the Recycle Bin for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
