Here's a short video on how to begin with microsites.
Create a Microsite
1. Click on the Microsites icon on the left side of your dashboard.
2. Click on the blue New Microsite towards the right-hand side of your screen.
Click Create Microsite.
Choose to start from:

A template
A blank microsite
2. Add Content
You can add different types of content to your microsite:
🎥 Video
🖼 Images
📄 Documents (PDF, PowerPoint, spreadsheets)
🔗 Links
⭐ Feature items with calls-to-action

To add content:
Click the Add Content button
Select content from your library or upload new content.
Arrange content in your preferred order.
3. Customize the Layout
You can decide how your microsite appears:
Click Add Section.
Choose the type of section you’d like to add.
You will see the following options:
🔘 Buttons
Add a block of buttons below the featured item.
Use this to:
Add calls-to-action (Book a Meeting, Download, Learn More)
Add
Direct visitors to important links
Drive conversions
📂 Content
Add a block of:
Videos
Images
Documents
URLs
This section pulls directly from your content library or allows you to upload new content.
🔗 Embed
Embed custom HTML/CSS code such as:
Calendars
Forms
External websites
Interactive widgets
This is ideal for adding booking tools, surveys, or custom experiences.
📝 Text & Image
Add plain text and images to reinforce your message.
This section is useful for:
Adding context to your video
Writing personalized messages
Including supporting visuals
Layout Adjustments
You can create a clean Image + Button layout without adding text.
If you add header or body text, the layout automatically adjusts.
Sections can be stacked to create a fully customized experience.
Extras

The Extras section gives you additional controls to enhance how your microsite looks and feels for viewers. These optional features help improve engagement and presentation without changing your core content

Animated Thumbnail
Controls whether your thumbnail is a moving GIF or a static image. Turn on for animation, or off for a still preview.Overlay
Adds text on top of your thumbnail or media.Intro
Plays an intro clip before your main content.Outro
Plays a closing clip at the end of your microsite.

To Send a Microsite
Here's a short video explaining how to send and share your microsite.
- You can preview your microsite by clicking on the thumbnail image above the Share button.
- You have three options to send a microsite -
- copy link
- create a new link for social media or for tracking to a contact or CRM opportunity
- create an email campaign. (Covered in a separate article)
Option 1: Copy link.
1. Click on the microsites icon on the left side of your dashboard.
2. Click on the microsite you want to send.
3. Under Links, click on the copy buttons to the right (one for thumbnail, link, embed, and QR code)
4. Paste the link to apply it to your email message or social post.
Option 2: Create a new link.
1. Click on the microsites icon on the left side of your dashboard.
2. Click on the microsite you want to send.
3. Click on Share under the microsite thumbnail.
4. Click on Create Link. You can name the link in the first box labeled Name (Optional). You can also customize the end of the URL by highlighting the end of the URL and typing your custom text.
For Social Media
1. Open the microsite you want to post.
2. Select the Share button to open the drop down menu.
3. From the drop down, select Social post.
4. From the opened menu, you can choose what platform to post on by clicking the Platform drop down (Quick Tip: Current options include: LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, and X)
5. You may write your post by clicking in the Text box.
6. By default, a merge field is included in the post which will add your microsite link to the text portion of your post.
7. Once you select Post, the featured item will be posted directly with the text portion you write.
For Tracking to a Contact or CRM Opportunity
7. You can track a microsite to a CRM Contact or Opportunity using the "ADVANCED SETTINGS" dropdown at the bottom of the pop-up.
Option 3: Create an email campaign.
1. Click on the microsites icon on the left side of your dashboard.
2. Click on the microsite you want to send.
3. Click on Share under the microsite thumbnail.
4. Click on New Campaign.
5. Click on Add Recipients.
6. Type in the emails or group names (set up in your contact library - click here to see how).
7. Select the recipients and click on Add.
8. Check the box labeled Recipients to select all recipients listed or check the box for each recipient individually.
9. Click on Next.
10. View the microsite preview. If you want to change the microsite, click on Change Microsite. You can also change the campaign by clicking the pencil icon in the top left of the page.
11. Click on Next.
12. You can edit the email body, apply a template, and/or save your email body as a template by clicking on Email Template.
13. After you are satisfied with your email campaign, you can click on Send Now in the top right corner of the page to send it right away or click on the clock icon to schedule it to be sent at a later time.
To Track a Microsite
- You can track a microsite under Microsites or in Campaigns for sent emails.
- There are six types of analytics to track within the microsite screen.
Option 1: Tracking a Microsite Through the Microsite Dashboard
1. Click on the microsites icon on the left side of your dashboard.
2. Click on the microsite you want to track.
3. Click on one of the six types of analytics to view the analytics.
Option 2: Tracking a Microsite Through the Campaign Dashboard
1. Click on the megaphone icon on the left side of your dashboard.
Six Types of Analytics
1. Links: Under Links, you can view each link's view and activity count.
2. Emails: Under Emails, you can view the open, view, and activity count for each sent email. You can specify which campaign you want to view analytics for, or you can sort by Creation Date, Activities, Email Opens, or Microsite Views.
3. Performance: Under Performance, you can view a graphic of the performance and a list of all the activities that have happened with the sent microsite. You can change the date range or specify which link type you want to view.
4. Activities: Under Activities, you can view each individual activity that was done on the microsite.
5. Content: Under Content, you can view each content's total activity.
6. Replies: Under Replies, you can view each reply sent.
