The deploy feature allows managers and admins to share microsite templates to users. Here's a video demonstration.
You will first need to create a Microsite template OR save a Microsite as a template in the Microsite editor:
You can deploy the template as a:
- Microsite = this creates a microsite based off the template and adds it to each user's microsite menu
- Microsite + Social Post = this creates a microsite based off the template and adds it to each user's microsite menu AND posts to LinkedIn and/or YouTube (if the user has made that connection)
- Microsite + Campaigns = this creates a microsite based off the template and adds it to each user's microsite menu AND sends an email campaign to the recipient OR saves it to the user's campaign drafts
Accessing Deploy
Click on the Library icon on the left side of your dashboard.
Select the Microsite you want to deploy.
Click the Deploy button in the top-right corner of the Microsite.
Choosing a Deployment Mode
After clicking Deploys, a deployment window will appear with available deployment options.
You can choose from:
- Microsite only – Create and share a tracked Microsite link
- Microsite + Social Post – Publish a Microsite with a connected social post
- Microsite + Campaign – Add the Microsite into a campaign workflow or email sequence
Deploy can be used by managers and admins to distribute content on behalf of employees while still tracking engagement and activity.
Once you select a deployment mode, click Continue.
Option 1: Microsite Only
Use this option when you want to quickly generate and share a tracked Microsite link.
- Select Microsite only.
- Click Continue.
- OneMob will generate a tracked Microsite link automatically.
- Copy and share the link through email, chat, CRM tools, or anywhere you communicate with prospects.
After deployment, the link will appear under the Links tab inside the Microsite Details page.
From here, you can:
- Copy the link
- Generate embed code
- Access QR codes
- View link activity and engagement metrics
Option 2: Microsite + Social Post
Use this option to create a Microsite and publish it to connected social channels on behalf of a user or employee.
- Select Microsite + Social Post.
- Choose the social platform you want to post to.
- Click Continue.
- Customize the post content and settings.
- Publish or schedule the social post.
This option is helpful for coordinated social outreach while still tracking Microsite engagement.
Option 3: Microsite + Campaign
Use this option when adding a Microsite into a campaign email or outreach sequence.
- Select Microsite + Campaign.
- (Optional) Enable Deploy to Drafts if you want to save the deployment before publishing.
- Click Continue.
- Add or edit your campaign step content.
Within the campaign editor, you can:
- Customize the email subject line
- Personalize messaging using merge fields
- Insert Microsite links automatically
- Apply saved email templates
- Save the message as a reusable template
- Include email sequences
When ready, click Deploy in the top-right corner.
Tracking Engagement
After deployment, return to the Microsite Details page to monitor activity. You can also review individual viewer activity and engagement history directly from the Microsite tabs.
Best Practices
- Use Microsite only for quick 1:1 sharing
- Use Microsite + Campaign for coordinated outreach efforts
- Personalize campaign messaging with merge fields for higher engagement
- Review Microsites before deploying to ensure branding and messaging are accurate
- Monitor engagement metrics to identify highly interested prospects
