To set up your CRM...
1. Click on your profile icon or picture in the top right corner of your dashboard.
2. Click on Account Settings.
3. Click on Integrations.
- This is where you integrate OneMob with your email domain and CRM. (Quick Tip: Use drop downs to select your email provider and Connect button to establish the integration)
4. Select "Email Domain" Dropdown and change to your existing email provider.
5. Select and connect your CRM provider under CRM.
6. Click on Connect. (Quick Tip: You can disconnect integrations at any time).
7. Log in to your CRM to establish integration.
CRM Integration Alternative: If your CRM has a BCC function, you can copy/paste your CRM BCC Email into the bottom field. This will allow OneMob to write engagement activity back to the CRM without full integration.
