Zoho Integration

The Zoho CRM and OneMob integration makes it easy to create, send, and track personalized content without leaving your CRM. With direct access to OneMob inside Zoho and the ability to import leads seamlessly, your workflow becomes faster and more efficient.

Note: Only OneMob customers on the Enterprise plan can use the Zoho Integration.

Prerequisite: Enable Zoho CRM in OneMob (Admin Only)

Before installing the extension in Zoho, a OneMob admin must enable the CRM integration for your organization.

How to enable Zoho CRM:

  1. Log in to OneMob as an admin

  2. Navigate to Admin-Settings

  3. Locate the CRM Integrations section

  4. Select Zoho CRM

  5. Enable access for your company group

Connect Zoho integration in Settings:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click Integrations

  3. Select Connect CRM

Prerequisite: Setting Up OneMob in Zoho (Admin Only)

Before using the integration, you’ll need to install and connect OneMob to your Zoho CRM account.

Install the OneMob Extension

  1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account

  2. Click here to add OneMob from the Zoho marketplace

  3. Click Install

  4. Choose who to install for (Admins, All Users, or Specific Profiles)

  5. Click Confirm

 

Step 1: Connect Your Zoho Account in OneMob (All Users)

Each user must connect their individual Zoho account to OneMob before using the integration.

How to connect your account:

  1. Log in to OneMob

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click Integrations

  4. Select Connect CRM

  5. Choose Zoho CRM

  6. Log in to your Zoho account in the pop-up window

Option 1: Work from Zoho

Step 2: Sending OneMob Content from Zoho

With the Zoho CRM Composer integration, you can send content directly from your CRM.

How to use the "Send OneMob" button:

  1. Navigate to a lead, contact, or deal

  2. Click Send OneMob

  3. The OneMob composer opens inside Zoho

  4. Select or create your content (video, microsite, template)

  5. Send your message

Once you've selected the microsite you'd like to send, click select. You should now see your microsite thumbnail appear in your email body.

 

Option 2: Work from OneMob

Step 1: Importing Leads from Zoho into OneMob

You can easily bring your Zoho contacts into OneMob using List Views.

How to import leads:

  1. Open OneMob

  2. Go to your Contacts / Import section

  3. Connect your Zoho account (if needed)

  4. Search for your Zoho List Views

  5. Select the List View

  6. Import contacts
