Use OneMob inside Zoho to add videos, documents, images, and links to any email template or email. All content appears on a company-branded page, and your contact information is displayed. Every click and watch is tracked for you. If you have a CRM, like Salesforce or Dynamics, then all the activity is tracked there, too. Here's how to add content using OneMob in Zoho:
Start a new Email Template or Email in Zoho or edit an existing one
Click the OneMob icon in the email editor
Use Tags, Search, and Shared By to find the video you want to send, and click on it
Click "Add to Email."
OneMob will add a thumbnail image from your video with a play button to your email, which helps improve click-through rates. When your viewer clicks, they will be directed to your company-branded page to stream the video. All activity is tracked for you.
