If you originally logged in to OneMob using your Salesforce credentials, you never created a separate password. You can create one anytime using the password reset flow, which will let you log in with your email going forward.
If you've been logging in to OneMob using your Salesforce credentials, you've never needed a password — so you've never created one. If you'd like to set a password so you can log in with your email instead, follow the steps below.
How to Create a Password
- Make sure you're logged out of OneMob.
- Go to the reset password page.
- Enter your email address.
- Follow the prompts to complete the reset process — this will let you create a password for your account.
