If your OneMob account is connected to Salesforce, your activities will be tracked to each Lead or Contact's Detail page in Salesforce. When sending a OneMob from within Salesforce, OneMob will recognize the opportunity and track activities from that OneMob back to the specific opportunity.
Note: When creating a Link or Email from the OneMob platform, you must associate the Link or Email to a Lead or Contact in order for the activity to get tracked to a specific person in Salesforce. For more information click here and go to Step 6.
