Steps to Add Knowledge
- Open the agent you want to train.
Scroll and navigate to the Knowledge Base section.
- Choose how you want to add content:
- Upload files
- Paste text
- Add URLs
- Upload or enter your content.
- Allow the platform to process and index the information.
- Test the agent by asking sample questions related to the content.
Supported File Types:
Documents: PDF, Word (.docx, .doc), PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt), Excel (.xlsx, .xls)
Text: Plain text (.txt), Markdown (.md), CSV, JSON, HTML, RTF
Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP
