How do I get to the Contacts page?
- Log in to OneMob.com
- Move your cursor to the left hand side of the screen where you will see all available OneMob icons
- Click on the
icon > your window will be refreshed and All contacts will be shown
- Looking for the Groups tab? Click on the Groups text at the top of the screen
Contacts Tab
- A (Source) - Select to view All contacts (all contacts that have been created in your organization) or only My contacts (contacts that have been uploaded by you).
- B (Sort by) - Select to sort contacts by the following: Creation Date, First Name, Last Name, Email, Company.
- Pro tip: If the arrow is pointing upwards the sort is from A-Z. If the arrow is pointing downwards the sort is from Z-A. To flip the direction of the arrow click on the sort selection > in the drop down select the same sort selection that is currently selected. For example: If sorting A-Z (arrow pointing upwards) while Company is selected, click on Company and in the dropdown select Company. The sort will now be Z-A (arrow pointing downwards).
- C (Search) - Use the search bar to search for a contact.
- D (Add to Group) - Select between 1 or 50 contacts to bulk add to an existing group by clicking the box, then on the far right click

- E (Add One Contact) - Click this button to add a single contact into OneMob. Click here for more information on how to add a single contact.
- F (Upload a CSV) - Upload multiple contacts into OneMob by using a CSV. Make sure to include these column headers in your CSV: First Name, Last Name, Email (required), Company, Phone Number, Title, City, State/Province, Country.
- G (Subject Fields) - The fields and explanations of the fields are below:
- Contact - Email address (bold), First Name, and Last Name of the contact.
- Phone - Phone number of the contact.
- Company/Title - Company (bold) and work title of the contact.
- Activities - Total number of activities that contact has generated in all emails/links they have been included in.
- Date Created - Date the contact was loaded into OneMob.
- H (Quick actions) - Hover over a contact that you are the owner of and click the three dots on the right hand side of the contact. Quickly access the following actions:
- + Add to Group - add that contact to a pre-existing group
- Edit - edit the contact fields (First Name, Last Name, Company, Phone Number, Title, City, State/Province, Country) *email cannot be edited*
- Delete - delete the contact
- If you are not the owner of the contact the only quick action available is +Add to Group, which allows you to add the contact to a pre-existing group that you are an owner of.
Contact Details
Click on a contact to view Contact Details. From here you can do the following: (1) see if a user is subscribed or unsubscribed, (2) see a list of all activities this contact is associated with, (3) view all contact information, (3) edit the contact information (owner of the contact only), (4) add the contact to an existing group, (5) delete the contact (owner of the contact only), (6) sort campaigns by creation date, activities and watch time, and (7) search campaigns by name.

Subscription Status
- If an email has been sent to a contact with the option to unsubscribe the status will appear here. If they clicked the unsubscribe link in the email their status will change to Unsubscribed.

Activity List
- All messages that this contact has created an activity for will appear here. Note: This will include both emails/links that you have sent/created along with other activities the contact has generated for other users emails/links (grayed out and non-clickable).

Edit Contact Information (owner of the contact only)
- Click
to edit any of the contact information. A pop-up will appear on the right hand side with all the contact fields available to edit. Click Save once changes have been made.
- A green message will appear at the top of your window confirming the changes: Contact was successfully updated
- Note: The email address is the only field that cannot be edited once a contact has been created with that email.

Add Contact to Existing Group
- Whether you are the owner of a contact or not, you are able to add any contact that has been created in your organization to a group that you have created.
- Click the
button. A pop-up will appear on the right hand side. Click on 'Enter a group name' and either type in the name of the existing group you want to include the contact in OR from the drop down select the name of the existing group you are an owner of. Click Add Contacts once group has been selected. A green message will appear at the top of your window confirming the changes: Contacts were successfully added to a group
- Note: You are not able to add a contact to a group you did not create.

Delete Contact (owner of the contact only)
Click Delete contact. The following message will appear:

- If after reading you would still like to delete the contact click Yes. A green message will appear at the top of your window confirming the changes: Contact was successfully deleted
- Note: Once a contact is deleted it will be deleted for the entire organization. If another user has that contact in a group it will also be deleted in that group, proceed with caution. However, a different user can create that contact and be the owner.

- (Sort by) - Select to sort contacts by the following: Creation Date, Activities or Watch Time.
- (Search) - Use the search bar to search for a campaign.
How to:
Add a Single Contact
- Go to the Contacts icon (click here for how to get there)
- Click
- Fill out the subject fields that appear on the pop out menu
- Note: The only required field is the email address field. A new contact will not be created unless that field is included.
- Click the
button, the contact will automatically be created and show in your Contacts list
Upload Multiple Contacts
- Go to the Contacts icon (click here for how to get there)
- Click
- Click
to select the CSV from your computer files
- To make sure that the file is able to be uploaded without a problem please use the free CSV template that we have provided. Click Download a CSV template to download a template that has the appropriate column headers loaded in

- Click the blue Save button. All new emails from CSV will be added to your contacts list.
- Note: If you receive a red error message after clicking Save make sure the emails that are included in the CSV have not already been added by someone else in your OneMob organization. Go back to All Contacts and search for the email address.
Edit a Contact
- Go to the Contacts icon (click here for how to get there)
- Make sure Source is set to My contacts. NOTE: If you are NOT the owner of a contact you are not able to delete the contact, only add to an already existing group.
- Click the contact you want to edit or click on the three dots that appear on the right of the contact > click

- On the pop out menu on the right edit the appropriate contact field(s).
- NOTE: You are not able to edit the email field. If you entered the incorrect email when creating the contact create a new contact with the appropriate email address. Delete the contact with the incorrect email address.
- Click
once the edits have been made > a green notification will appear at the top of your window confirming the editing of the contact
Delete a Single Contact
- Go to the Contacts icon (click here for how to get there)
- Make sure Source is set to My contacts. NOTE: If you are NOT the owner of a contact you are not able to delete the contact, only add to an already existing group.
- Click on the contact you want to delete or click on the three dots that appear on the right of the contact > click
