As a OneMob Admin you can export activities to show usage numbers for everyone in your organization. Here's how:
- Click Control Panel
in the icons on your left, click Admin and Members
- Click
on the right
- Select Report Type - User Activities
- Team - Choose a specific team of users if you want.
Note: Do not select any team if you want a content report for everyone in your organization. - Select a Date Range
- Choose a default range or
- Choose specific range with the left date being the start date and the right date being your ending date
- Click
button on the bottom
- Check your email (same one used to sign in to OneMob) for the usage report in CSV format. Email will come from member@onemob.com. You will see an email arrive with the following image with a quick view into details such as - Total Active Users, Total Revenue Influenced, Total number of Purchased Licenses, and Total number of Licenses Assigned.
- Open the email and click Download CSV
- Open the CSV in Excel or another program compatible with spreadsheets
Here is an explanation for what each column in the User Activities spreadsheet represents:
- Name - first and last name of user
- Email - email address of user
- Group - company or organization name (only for Superadmins)
- Teams - any team(s) the user has been added to
- Start Date - date user was invited to join OneMob
- Contract - name of contract associated with user
- Last Login - last time the user logged in
- Last Activity - last time the user generated any email open, page view, watches, clicks, or responses from any link or email created in OneMob
- Contract Expiration - date the contract associated with user expires
- Total Usage - total number of links, sent emails, total content created, email and link activities
- Sent - total number of emails sent directly from OneMob or using OneMob in Salesforce
- Links - total number of links created in OneMob
- Videos - total number of videos added by user to OneMob *can include uploaded and recorded videos*
- Campaign Activities - total number of email opens, page views, watches, clicks, social clicks, and responses generated by the user for any email or link created in OneMob by the user
- Email Opens - total number of email opens generated by user
- Page Views - total number of times any of the user's links were clicked and page was loaded containing video and/or other assets
- Watches - total number of video watches *it is counted as a unique watch each time a viewer starts the video including pausing and playing again*
- Clicks - total number of clicks on any button or content added to the user's page(s)
- Responses - total number of responses directly from the Reply button on user's page(s)
- Social Clicks - total number of clicks on the Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and/or Instagram icons on a user's page(s)
- Total Watch Time - total seconds of watch time generated by the user
- Total Content Created - Total number of scripts, documents, images, URLs, pages, email templates, and videos added by the user
- Revenue Impact - accumulated amount of revenue for user inputted in Revenue Impact field in links and emails
- CRM Connection - connection status to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (if enabled)
