Within the Control Panel (
, on the left of your dashboard) you have access to several tasks that can help your organization succeed with OneMob.
- Organization
- You can set the Name of your organization
- You can choose the default logo for your microsites
- In Additional Info, you can include a company disclosure if you want that to appear on all your microsites
- Members
- This is a list of all your users, you can assign them to contracts and/or teams
- Give specific members admin rights
- You can also export reports
- User activities or content details
- Watermarks
- Logos you can add to any video
- You can add new watermarks
- Microsite Themes
- Banners on each microsite
- Set up by selecting
- You can select an image or a color for the hero section of the microsite
- Primary color is for the buttons and the color around the subsections where the bottom text is
- Teams
- With many users, you can create multiple teams to organize the users into groups
- Tags
- tags to organize content in the library - only Admins can create tags, but all users can use any created tag
- Advanced
- Set settings off by default
- Set up CRM integration
- Set up STMP settings
