Each of the following recommendations are designed to reduce the CPU load on your computer. CPU load is the amount of resources being used by your computer to process and run multiple apps or programs at the same time.

If you are still experiencing video and audio lag on your OneMob videos, here are a few more steps to troubleshoot the issue.
If you're on a Windows computer, update your drivers.
Our software may not function correctly if your computer's graphic card driver isn't up to date. Don't worry — this isn't a complicated issue, and you can fix it within a matter of minutes!
Step 1: Select the "Start" button, select the "Settings" option from the list of results, Type “Device Manager” into search bar and select “Device Manager”. (Alternatively, you can right-click the Start button and select "Device Manager.")
Step 2: Find the "Display Adapters" category and click the icon next to it to expand.
Step 3: Right-click on the "Graphics" option (the actual option may vary depending on what type of PC you operate on) and click the "Update Drivers" option. Refresh your browser once finished and try recording again.

If you're on a Mac, check for any pending software updates.
Step 1: Click the Apple icon on the top left corner of your screen. Select "System Preferences." Next, select "Software Update."
Step 2: This will show you if you have any pending updates to apply.
Step 3: If this doesn't solve your problem, restart your computer (if you haven't already).
