Once a OneMob license has been purchased you will receive an activation email in the inbox for the email address associated with the purchase.
- If it was a single license purchased via the OneMob.com/pricing page the email that was included as the purchase email will be where the activation email is sent unless otherwise stated.
- If multiple licenses were purchased via OneMob.com/pricing for a team under one email please contact support@onemob.com so that we have the appropriate email addresses to send activation emails to.
- If a license was purchased via your company you will receive an email in your inbox asking you to activate your OneMob account. Once your account is activated it will automatically add you to your company's group in OneMob.
For any of the options above you will receive an email address from OneMob asking for you to activate your account. Follow the steps below to make sure the activation process is completed properly.
- Review both your inbox and spam folders for an activation email with the subject line - "Welcome to OneMob". The sender information will either be from member@onemob.com or member@notify.onemob.com. If no activation email is present in your email please send a message to support@onemob.com.
- After opening the email you will view a message similar to the one below. Click on the hyperlinked 'Activate my Account' link to be directed to the activation page.
NOTE: Open the link using a Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge browser. The link will not open in Internet Explorer. If using Internet Explorer as your default browser copy the link and paste into one of the browsers aforementioned. - Fill out the fields for your First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Password, and Password Confirmation. Make sure all fields for your Password are checked off, we will not allow you to Submit until all fields are met.
- Click Submit once you have completed all the fields. You will then automatically be directed to your OneMob account. Congrats!
