If you have been sent a page that includes images that can be used as page themes, video watermarks, or green screen backgrounds follow the steps below for how you can download and upload them to your OneMob for use!
Note: A OneMob Admin needs to download and upload the images labeled as "theme" or "watermark" since they have access to the Branding tab in OneMob. For the "green screen" labeled images anyone in the organization can download individually or one individual can add and share to the organization. Look below for more instructions.
How do I download the images from the page and then upload and share within my OneMob?
- Open the page that includes the assortment of page themes, watermarks, or green screen backgrounds

- Below the featured video, select and click on the image you would like to download. When the image fills your screen right click on the screen and click Save Image As... . Select where in your computer you would like to save the image and click Save.
- Note: Make sure the format of the image is not changed when you Save. Themes and green screen backgrounds should be "JPEG". Watermarks should be under the "PNG" format.

- Once the image is saved to your computer if you are not a OneMob Admin make sure to get those images to them. If you are a OneMob Admin do the following:
- Login to your OneMob account. Go to Group Admin under Admin Panels in the left hand slide out menu.
- In the top menu bar select the Branding tab.
- For the images labeled as "watermark" click the Watermarks tab. For images labeled as "theme" click the Page Themes tab.
- Note: If you have saved a "green screen" image look below at step 4.
- Click the "Generate Custom" button on the right hand side.
- In the pop up, click "Select Files to Upload" and find the image in your computer you would like to upload. Click Open once you have selected the image.
- Once the image appears in a preview click Save. Your image should now be available to everyone in your organization. Make sure to ask users to do a refresh to be able to view the images.
- For "green screen" images follow the steps below. If you are not an Admin you can still follow the steps below:
- Make sure you have completed step 2 above.
- Click the + Add button at the top of any OneMob page. In the drop down, click the Files option.
- In the pop up, click "Select Files to Upload" and find the image in your computer you would like to upload. Click Open once you have selected the image.
- Once the image appears in a preview click Save.
- Your "green screen" image will now appear in your OneMob Library.
- If you would like to share that image to your organization, a team, or specific team members you can do so by clicking on the images you would like to share, then in the pop up on the right clicking Set Access. A window will appear that looks like the one shown below.
- Add the names of other users or a team in your organization in the "Type user email or team name" text box. Users and teams will begin to populate when you begin to type and you can select them by clicking on the name.
- If you would like to share to the entire organization click the "To your organization" toggle to ON. Note: This will share the image to your entire OneMob organization so make sure you would like to do this.
- Toggle "Notify users that they received content" to ON if you would like those you are sharing the content with to receive an email along with a personalized message.
- Click Set Access.
- If you would like to share that image to your organization, a team, or specific team members you can do so by clicking on the images you would like to share, then in the pop up on the right clicking Set Access. A window will appear that looks like the one shown below.
How do I use the themes, watermarks, and green screen backgrounds in my own pages and videos?
- For page themes:
- Once your OneMob Admin has added the page themes to your organization you can find them in the Page Editor to select.
- Go to Pages. Select to edit a previously made page or click New Page on the right hand side to start with a clean slate.
- From the Page Editor, click the Change Theme button that is on the left side of the page right below your organization's logo. Scroll through and click on the specific theme you would like to use. The theme will populate on your page automatically.
- Click the Preview button on the top right to view what the page will look like when you send it out in an email or link.
- For watermarks and green screen backgrounds:
- OneMob website:
- Once you have recorded a video or uploaded a video to OneMob you can add a watermark or green screen background to it.
- From the OneMob Library, select a video. A pop up menu will appear on the right hand side. Click on the Edit Video dropdown. Select to add a Green Screen or a Watermark to your video.
- Note: To add a Green Screen to a video from within OneMob your video must have a physical green screen included. A work around is you can use the virtual background capabilities in other video platforms and then upload the video to OneMob. Click here for an article that details that workaround.
- In the pop up window select the image you would like to use as a green screen background or watermark.
- Green screen background:
- Click Choose background and select from the images within your OneMob Library. If the image was shared by a team member or OneMob Admin in the filter select the All drop down option.
- Watermark:
- Scroll and select the watermark image you would like to use that was uploaded by your OneMob Admin on the left hand side.
- Green screen background:
- Select to Save (original video is edited) or Save as New (a copy of the video is made, with the original being unchanged).

- Click on the hyperlink for how to record videos on iPhone or how to record videos on Android.
