OneMob makes it easy for you to view the performance of members in your organization or your organization as a whole in a single window! By being a Manager, you can get a quick view of the following for the team(s) you are a Manager of:
- Total amount of content (videos, documents, images, and URLs) that has been created
- Total amount of each individual content being created
- Leaderboard of who is creating the most content, videos, emails and links with filter capabilities
Use this feature to motivate OneMob users in your organization to collaborate with one another, motivate members to use OneMob to its full potential, and get a quick glimpse at how your organization is leveraging OneMob internally. Look at the table of contents below for a glimpse into each section:

Become a Manager
To access the Manager tab features, you first need to make yourself into a Manager or have someone make you a Manager if you are not an Admin in OneMob. If you would like to become a Manager over a Team and are not an Admin please contact your organizations OneMob Admin and have them follow the instructions below.
- Go to the Teams tab in the Group Admin Panel
- Create a new Team or click into an existing Team
- To create a new Team click the +New Team button on the top right on the screen. Enter a Team Name along with the emails of those who you would like to be in the team. Click Create Team once you have filled in all the fields.
- Once inside the desired Team, choose who you want to set as a Manager. Make them a Manager by toggling the "Set As Manager" toggle to ON.
- Note: You can decide to set only one individual, multiple individuals, or have all individuals in the Team have access to Manager features.
- You should see the Manager tab below Admin Panels in the left main menu. If you do not, simply refresh your browser and you should now have access to all Manager features.
- Note: If you are not a OneMob Admin you may only see the Manager tab on the main menu above Library. Simply click the Manager tab to access the Manager features.
Performance Tabs
Once you make yourself a Manager or are made a Manager by your OneMob Admin, you can access the specific Teams and Users performance for the Teams you are a part of. To access the Manager features follow the steps below.
- Click the main menu on the left hand side from any OneMob window. Click on Admin Panels. In the drop down select the Manager tab.
- Note: If you are not a OneMob Admin you may only see the Manager tab on the main menu above Library. Simply click the Manager tab to access the Manager features.
Team Performance Tab
After following the steps to access the Manager tab above you will be taken to the Team performance tab. From this tab you will get a quick view of the content being created by the Teams you are a Manager of. A description of each feature on this tab is explained below.
- Set a Date Range
- You can create a customized date range to view the data from the Team performance tab. Select from the quick click options on the left side menu or select specific days directly in the calendar. Click Apply once you have inputted your date range.
- Note: The date range is automatically set to 90 days when you access the Manager tab or refresh your window.
- You can create a customized date range to view the data from the Team performance tab. Select from the quick click options on the left side menu or select specific days directly in the calendar. Click Apply once you have inputted your date range.
- Select a Team
- If you are a part of multiple Teams you can select a specific Team to view its corresponding data. Click on the filter and select the name of the Team you would like to view data for from the drop down that appears.
- Tip: Use the 'All' filter option to view data for all the Teams you are a Manager for.
- If you are a part of multiple Teams you can select a specific Team to view its corresponding data. Click on the filter and select the name of the Team you would like to view data for from the drop down that appears.
- Select a Contract
- If your organization has multiple contracts connected to OneMob they will be visible within this filter. Click on the filter and select the name of the contract in OneMob you would like to view data for. Most organizations in OneMob only have one contract, therefore, only one option will appear in the drop down.
- Quick View of Content Created
- After inputting your desired filters, you will be able to view the total amount of content items created during the designated date range by your selected Team(s). Additionally, you will see an exact number for the total number of individual content items - videos, documents, images, and URLs. A circle graph has been included to help with visualization.
- Top 10 Pieces of Content
- Below the quick view of content items that have been created, you will be able to view the list of top 10 pieces of content that have received the most number of activities.
- Hover over the thumbnail and click Preview to view the video, document, image, or URL.
- Videos, documents, and images will appear directly in your current OneMob window.
- URLs will open a new tab within your browser for you to view.
User Performance Tab
The option to a detailed individual view of content creation for OneMob users is available in the User Performance tab. Within this tab you can view, in a leaderboard style, which team member has created the most content for a specific Team or within the entire organization. A description of this tab is offered below.
- Set a Date Range

- Select a Team
- If you are a part of multiple Teams you can select a specific Team to view only the corresponding members of that Team. Click on the filter and select the name of the Team you would like to view Team member data for from the drop down that appears.
- Tip: Use the 'All' filter option to view data for all the Teams you are a Manager for.
- If you are a part of multiple Teams you can select a specific Team to view only the corresponding members of that Team. Click on the filter and select the name of the Team you would like to view Team member data for from the drop down that appears.
- Select a Contract
- If your organization has multiple contracts connected to OneMob they will be visible within this filter. Click on the filter and select the name of the contract in OneMob you would like to view data for. Most organizations in OneMob only have one contract, therefore, only one option will appear in the drop down.
- Filter by Last Login, Total Content, Videos, Emails, or Links
- Once you have adjusted the filters above, you also have the option to sort the data columns shown for each Team member.
- To sort, hover over the desired column name and click the arrow that appears. If the value is pointing "down" it will sort that column from highest value to lowest value. If the value is pointing "up" it will sort that column from lowest value to highest value.
- Last Login - The date of the last login
- Total Content - Total number of content (videos, documents, images, and URLs) created
- Videos - Total number of videos created
- Emails - Total number of emails created
- Links - Total number of links created
Manage Teams from the Manager Tab
From the Manager tab, OneMob makes it easy for you to manage the Teams you are a part of. To access your Teams from the Manager tab click the Teams tab button at the top of your window or click here. To revert back to the Performance tab click the Performance tab button while in the Teams tab or click here.
To view details for a specific Team, hover over the desired Team and click once it becomes highlighted as shown above. A new window will appear, shown below.
From this window you can do the following:
- Set a Team member to be a Manager by toggling them to ON
- Add Team members by clicking the +Add Members button on the top right
- Input the email(s) of an existing user separated by a comma or semicolon
- Click Add Members to add them
- Delete a Team member by hovering over their name and clicking the trash can icon on the right
To return to the list of Teams you are a part of click the word 'Teams' to the left of the word 'Support'.
