Follow these tips to get the best results when sending video emails:
We recommend using the word "Video" in your subject line. Since video is what makes your email unique from all the others in your recipient's inbox, you want to make sure to call it out right in the subject line increasing your chances the email is opened.
Example Subject Lines
- New Video Message for John
- [Video] Invite to upcoming event
- You'll appreciate this video instead of text
Keep the text short. Your email will contain a thumbnail image with a play button promoting the play of your video. We recommend not adding too much text above this thumbnail image, otherwise your recipient will need to scroll down to see the image and this could have a negative impact on your click through rate (percentage of recipients that click to play the video).
