Here are a few steps that may restore your audio:
- Make sure the OneMob app has access to the camera and microphone.
- Make sure your volume is up.
- Check if you are able to make a recording on your phone.
- It has come to our attention that there have been some iPhones that were not able to record sound when recording with the front-facing camera. To check your own iPhone, record a video on the iPhone's native "Camera" app using the front-facing camera.
