OneMob can write activities to your CRM if:
- Your organization has enabled and setup Salesforce or Dynamics Cloud integration. Contact your CRM administrator to find out if this has been done before connecting to your CRM.
- You have connected your OneMob account to your CRM. Follow the steps here to do this for Salesforce. Reach out to a OneMob support team member for help with Dynamics Cloud integration set up, do that here.
