Look at the Table of Contents to determine which add contact(s) option you are looking for:
- Add Multiple Contacts at Once using Multiple Contacts Button
- Add Multiple Contacts at Once within the Contacts Tab
- Add Contacts from Salesforce
Steps to Add Multiple Contacts at Once using Multiple Contacts Button
- Click +Add on the top menu bar
- Click the Multiple Contacts button
- Click Choose File to look for your .csv file with your list of contacts. Click "Download a CSV template to use" if you want to start with our headers necessary for upload. Once you select a file, the web app will attempt to match the necessary information fields to each column headers. Make sure that each field is associated with the correct header.
- Click the checkbox next to Create a Group if you want to create one on upload. If you do so then enter a Group Name.
- Click Import CSV
- If you are connected to Salesforce, the following message will appear in OneMob: "All Contacts will automatically be matched to Salesforce Leads or Contacts"
- While this message is present, if any contact you add on OneMob exists in Salesforce as your Lead or Contact, we will:
- Fill out any empty field (first name, last name, etc.) using the information found on your Salesforce Leads and Contacts.
- However, existing fields will NOT be altered/overwritten.
- If an email address in the CSV is already in your Contacts, we will use the information that was stored on OneMob instead of overriding the contact information.

Steps to Add Multiple Contacts at Once within the Contacts Tab
- Go to Contacts
- Click Upload CSV

- Create A Group will automatically appear at the top right of the pop up. If you want to create a group with that list of contacts leave it as is and enter a name for the group under Group Name. If you do not want to create a group uncheck the Create A Group link, you can now upload the list of contacts to OneMob as individual contacts.
- Click Upload CSV
- If you are connected to Salesforce, the following message will appear in OneMob: "All Contacts will automatically be matched to Salesforce Leads or Contacts"
- While this message is present, if any contact you add on OneMob exists in Salesforce as your Lead or Contact, we will:

Steps to Add Contacts from Salesforce
Note: These actions require for you to be connected to Salesforce in OneMob. For more information on Salesforce integration click here.
- Go to Contacts
- Click Import from Salesforce
- Select between Contacts or Leads within Salesforce. You list views will populate in the search bar after you begin to type, for example - "Recently Viewed Contacts".
- Note: Your list views must already be setup within your CRM to be able to view them here.
- Click Save
