You are able to share pages with other users in the same OneMob organization, but you can also give access to someone else in your organization to edit a page that you both share. Like other popular editors in the web, OneMob now also has the capability to allow multiple editors on a single page. Look at the information below for everything about multiple editors on a page.

How can I edit a page that was shared with me?
- Go to Pages tab
- Check the box to the right of 'My pages', it should look like the image below. If you want to declutter uncheck the box to the left of 'My pages'.
- You can also narrow the search by clicking on the 'everyone' hyperlink and in the drop down selecting a Team you are a part of.
- Pro tip: Use the search bar to look for the title of the page!
- Pages that you are able to edit can be differentiated by a blue pencil icon that is to the right of the name of the user that first created the page.
- Click on the page that you would like to edit. Any changes made to the page will automatically be adjusted for all users who have viewing/editing capabilities on that page.
Getting a notification that "This page is currently being edited by (name here)"? Click here or look below to receive an explanation why that is.
Why am I getting a pop-up that says "This page is currently being edited by (name here)"?
Although we have released the ability for multiple editors to edit one page, our engineers are still working for the most practical solution on how to have multiple editors be editing the same page at the same time. In the meantime, we show the following pop-up message if there is another user editing the page and you try to access that page to edit:
When this message is in view you have the options to Go back or Try again. By clicking Go back you will be directed back to the Pages tab where you can continue to work on another page or decide to complete a different task in OneMob. By clicking Try again you will only be given access to edit the page once the user who is currently editing the page leaves. If the need to edit the page is immediate contact that user outside of OneMob to do so.
