What options for security are available?

Once you’ve accessed the security options for either an Email or a Link there are two options for security, look below for more information.

Set Expiration: With this option toggled “ON”, an expiration date for access to the email/link will be set. To input the exact expiration date click on the dashboard that appears once it is toggled “ON”. Simply input the date and time you would like the user(s) to no longer have access and an expiration will be set.
  • Note: For the time portion, input the time in a 24-hour format.
Set Password: When this option is toggled “ON”, the individual that receives the content will need to input a specific password to access the content. A randomly generated password is created within a dashboard that appears when the option is toggled “ON”. The option to input a personally created password is also available by simply clicking on the dashboard and manually inputting the password desired.

Am I able to input security options once an email/link has been sent?

Yes! You can implement security options to Emails or Links once they have been sent. Simply click on the gear icon ()of the specific email/link you would like to have security options and click on "Security Options" in the drop down menu that appears.

How will the implementation of these security options look to the receiver?

The security option that will appear to the receiver will be the set password option. Within the email they are sent, the password will appear at the top of the video. If an expiration date is set, it will not be visible to the receiver but access to the video will no longer be available after the expiration date has passed.
